Dissertation Title:
TBA
Research Interests:
I am interested in rare plant conservation in tropical areas. I am especially interested in management
techniques, species recovery planning, and assessment of sustainable use and its role in assuring species
recovery. My past research focused on in situ conservation of rare and endangered orchids using reproductive
biology, in vitro seed germination and seedling development techniques to establish integrated conservation
protocols for target species.

Cyrtopodium punctatum in situ: Implications for conservation of an endangered Florida orchid.
