The Rotten World About Us (A BBC Video)
Last time we went over a summary of the impact that fungi have on the world around us. From this you learned something about fungi. Today, we will view an excellent video entitled "The Rotten World About Us". It is a BBC video, which has numerous close-ups, time lapse photography and microphotography that will enable us to see features about fungi that I will not be able to show you. This will illustrate many of the features that fungi possess that we described last time, as well as others that we will describe later. After you have viewed this video, think back at how fungi are able to accomplish these feats that you have just seen. This will be the topic for next Tuesday's lecture.
