White kapa (makuu) was applid to the Ridge.
A Ritual hula was performed on the roof. After this, the Priests had a Feast.
A Priest Cut the Thatch over Door.

This thatch represented the naval cord of House. Cutting it would essentially give birth to it.
A General Feast followed this!

Hale pahu (Drum House)

Used for Drum Storage.
Located near the Outside Wall.

Waiea

End of Mana
King & Priests Consulted in it.

Hale umu (Earth Oven House)

Located at the other end of Mana
Temple Fires were Kept Alive in it.

Papa = wife of Wakea

Outside Walls
This was used for Queens Services.
