Brief Instructions on the Use of the Keyspan Presentation Remote in 007
Boot the PC until Windows has Loaded Completely (PC will not boot if the receiver is plugged in)
Place the small Receiver in Port 1 or 2 of the USB Hub on the upper shelf of the Media Cabinet in 007
To Activate the Laser Pointer -> Press on P & M simultaneously until the Mode Key Button (M) blinks with a Red Light
To Use the Laser Pointer Press -> P
To
turn the Laser Off -> Press P
& M simultaneously until the Mode Key Button (M) flashes rapidly.
The Composite Switch (C) will advance or retreat one slide at a time (or many slides) when you are giving a PowerPoint Slide Show.
The Composite Switch (C) will Scroll up and down when viewing Webpages.
The Mode Key Button (M) selects between Standard Mode (M is Unlit) & Media Mode (M is Green). Media mode works with the Windows Media Player.
Use Standard Mode for PowerPoint!
The Cursor is controlled by the Rocking Mouse Control. A little practice is required but not too much effort is necessary for total mastery.
The Mouse Buttons work exactly as you would expect them to work on any 2-button Mouse
