This tutorial is designed show you how to do specific tasks with Adobe Photoshop Limited Edition 5.0. This is a condensed version of the full version of Photoshop. These procedures may also work with the full version BUT I have not verified this. Both of these programs have a plethora of capabilities that cover most aspects of image editing. Adobe Photoshop is regarded as "la piece de resistance" of image editors. Consequently, the lessons you learn in this tutorial will help you work with the full version.
This may help you get a job because many employers seek workers who are familiar with "flagship" programs like Photoshop.
It has taken me a lot of time to put this together. Please read through this and do as much as you can before you ask for help!
The best way to use this tutorial is to open it & Photoshop LE simultaneously, so that you can go back and forth from one to the other, and apply these procedures in a step by step manner.
I will place a number of Image Files in the "My Photos" folder so that you can use them with this tutorial. Always make a copy of the Original Image File so that the source file will not be altered. Making file copies is one of the first lessons in this Tutorial.
