In order to design an Arrowhead you need to

Click on Shape....
in the Line Tool Options Box.

The current Arrowhead has a
Width (400%) which is twice its
Length (200%).

The % refers to the Line Width
(18 pts).

In this example, I have Doubled the
dimensions of the Arrowhead to
800% W & 200% L.

In this example I have chosen a
Concavity of 30%.
Note the curve that develops.

Maximal Concavity values are
+ 50 & - 50

You can experiment to find the best
settings for your Arrows. Simplicity
of design is usually the best choice!
