Filters Noise/Dust-4

In order to select an area for dust removal or any other task, you can use the Marquee Tool.

This turns the Cursor into a (+) which can be used to select an area by dragging it with your mouse.

Dragging is accomplished by depressing the left mouse button and moving the mouse at the same time.

This is illustrated in the image below.

Any filters that are used will only affect the area within the small rectangle. This avoids changing the rest of the image.
