Microtubules guide Golgi & ER Vesicles which fuse at the former Metaphase Plate to form the Cell Plate. This will become the Middle Lamella of the Cell Wall. 

The Middle Lamella is principally composed of Pectins NOT Cellulose. Pectins act like a glue to hold adjacent cells together.
