Cells in seeds can have prominent Protein Bodies. The largest blue structures are nuclei. These contain a lot of protein, plus DNA.

As seedlings begin to grow, the protein bodies are metabolized. This leads to Vacuolation. The condensed chromatin & newly-formed thin cell walls indicate Mitotic activity.
