1.LOCATIONS -- Have you observed populations of this species to be naturally increasing in native plant communities or in currently managed systems such as pastures, plantations, nurseries or restoration areas? If yes, give the specific location. What is the approximate elevation? Is the habitat  wet/mesic or dry?

2.NATURAL AREA IMPACTS -- What type of native vegetation occurs in this area? (if no native vegetation in the area, then proceed to question #3)

2a. Have you observed this species to alter native community structure, alter ecosystem processes (e.g. increase fire frequencies), threaten T&E species (please tell us which species are threatened), alter wildlife abundance, or hybridize with other species? If yes, describe the specific impact.

2b. In the affected vegetation stratum, what is the invader's cover abundance (e.g. 25%, 50%, etc.) or density (e.g. 100-1000 plants per acre, >10,000 plants per acre, etc)? How large is the affected area (<1 acre, 1-10 acres, 10-100 acres)?

3.ECONOMIC/HUMAN IMPACTS -- Please describe any specific impacts that you have observed in land areas managed for production (e.g. reduces forestry or agriculture production, reduces livestock carrying capacity, toxic to livestock, causes long term alteration in soil characteristics or ecosystem processes, significantly increases weed control costs, is a significant host for pests or pathogens of commercial species). Please describe the specific impact(s).

3a. Has the plant become a public nuisance (e.g. thorns, allergic reaction). Please describe specific experiences. If the locations of these impacts differ from locations described in question 1 above, then please describe the specific locations.

4. CONTROL -- Is the species difficult to control? What control methods are being used?

5. SPREAD -- Does the species appear to be spreading rapidly? If yes, what observations have you made over time?

6. WRA -- Do you know of additional published information on this species that was not used in the HPWRA evaluation? If so please give the citation here.
