Project 6: Spreadsheets

General Objectives

The spreadsheet was the application that helped secure a place for a PC on many desks.  Although originally designed to do complex sets of calculations, spreadsheets are now used for many non-calculation tasks.  People use spreadsheets to organize and print information.  The tools are also useful to provide data summaries and graphic displays.

Prerequisites

• Basic knowledge of word processing
• A recent version of Microsoft Excel software
