BIOLOGY 404 - Advanced Topics in Marine Biology (Spring) 3 credits
This course is designed to expose marine biology undergraduate seniors to current themes in marine biology as well as to provide them with experience in scientific assessment. Previous course work, laboratory, and research experiences will be incorporated into the lecture sessions. Pre: BIOL 265/L, 275/L, 301/L & OCN 201, or MICR 351/L, or consent.

BOTANY 668 - Nomenclature and Practical Systematics (Fall) 2 credits
This graduate course explores the basic "rules and regulations" of conducting systematic research, with an emphasis on botanical examples. Both traditional and modern systematics resources will be introduced. Pre: BOT 461 or equivalent or consent.
