ready before proceeding:
Names
and email addresses of 3 suggested reviewers.
An
electronic text version of a cover letter. This should include a statement
of the main point and relation of the paper to prior work, list of
colleagues who have reviewed the paper, explanation of conflicts of
interest, and future contact information. Please see our Information
for Authors for additional details.
File(s)
containing the manuscript and figures. These should be appropriately in one of the following formats [and end in one of the following
file extensions (e.g., smithtext.doc or smithfig1.jpg)]:
- .txt or
*.rtf file
- .doc (Microsoft Word)
- .wpd (WordPerfect)
- .jpg or
.gif (for illustrations)
Note that it is
our preference that figures be sent as separate files, one for each
complete figure. Files in other formats or that do not end with the
appropriate file extension will not be accepted.
