Prerequisites

ANTH 200: Cultural Anthropology: Students should have a suitable background in studies of human cultures and cultural diversity.

BOT 105: Introductory Ethnobotany: Students should have a sound background in the basic topics and theories of ethnobotany

BOT 461: Systematics of Vascular Plants: Students should have a clear understanding of the scientific basis for plant classification, taxonomy and nomenclature and be able to recognize common plant families.
