DESCRIPTION: The structure consists of four concrete piers which support a wooden hip roof. The structure rests on a thick concrete slab. The roof is finished with wood shingles. The concrete piers closest to the ocean are spalling badly, so that the re-bars are exposed. The columns should he repaired, and the structure should be re-roofed.
