DESCRIPTION:
The structure is a frame building of single wall construction, with a stone
pad and post foundation. The multiple roofs - predominantly hip roofs with gablets,
but also shed roofs - are finished with rolled composition roofing material
which has been applied over wood shingles. Siding varies from vertical plank
to board and batten. The wood frame windows are twelve-light, double hung. A
recessed porch is located in the central section, west side of the building
sheltered by a shed roof. The building seems to have been constructed in several
stages. The structure is in very deteriorated condition, and is slated for demolition.
SIGNIFICANCE:
Date should be research. Somewhat similar to Building 104.
