DATE OF STRUCTURE: 1937

DESCRIPTION: The structure is a frame building of single wall construction. The foundation consists of concrete piers. Walls are vertical plank siding, with corners finished with cornerboards. The hip roof is finished with composition shingles. The wood frame windows are double hung, usually twelve-light. A water table encircles the sole plate of the building. A covered walkway which connects this building with the verandas of Buildings 2 and 3 runs across the front of the structure with a diamond-patterned railing. At the rear of the building (east) is a recessed corner porch with a concrete slab floor. The building is used daily, and is in fair
condition. Termite damaged areas should be repaired. The building should be fumigated and grade cleared.

SIGNIFICANCE: Not part of the original Bay View. No architectural significance.
MAINTENANCE COST: $6300
FUTURE MAINTENANCE COST: $700/annum
