DESCRIPTION:
The structure (two buildings with several additions) is built of hollow tile
and frame construction. The multiple roofs (gable, shed) are covered with corrugated
metal. Most windows are wood frame double hung (twelve light). Gable ends and
some wall sections are covered with corrugated asbestos. A loading dock is located
on the north side of the structure. An open shed is located on the west side.
The structure is in deteriorated, condition. Superficial work of fumigating,
patching the roof, and painting the exterior will keep the structure usable
for several more years. Eventual replacement will be necessary.
