DESCRIPTION: The structure is a one-story building of single wall construction, with a concrete pad and post foundation. The gable roof is finished with composition shingles. A small wooden front porch provides access to the front door. The wood frames of the jalousie, windows project several inches from the exterior wall. A fixed sash picture window is also located at the front of the structure. A broken girt encircles the exterior of the structure. A carport, with a shed roof and concrete slab foundation protrudes from the east side of the structure. The building is land in condition. The structure should be routinely fumigated for termites.
